Our Program
Faith & Fun Christian Preschool is a parent/child cooperative program established as an outreach ministry of Grace United Methodist Church. We believe that children are a gift from God, entrusted to Parents and Educators to help develop their spiritual, emotional, social, physical and intellectual development. We are currently in our sixth year of operation, serving 30 children in our community. Children in our program are nurtured by a Christian staff and loving parents, learning Christian values hand in hand with traditional early childhood skills. We believe that children are natural learners when concepts are introduced through play and developmentally appropriate practices.

Class size is limited to no more than 12 students per class.
- We offer classes for children ages 2 thru 5 years of age.

We are a non-denominational Christian Preschool.

Our teachers have degrees in Education and complete professional development annually.
- We are a member of the Association of Christian Schools International.

We explore our community with field trips twice a year, and we serve our community with small mission activities.

We have a fenced in playground and indoor large motor area.

We have many holiday celebrations and special theme days throughout the year.

Pre-registration for our current Faith & Fun families begins February 25, 2009. Registration opens to the public on Tuesday, March 3, 2009. Our class schedule for the 2009-2010 school year is as follows:
Me & My Shadow ~ Thurs 9:00 – 11:00 (must be 2 by August 31st) $30/mo.
Busy Bees ~ Tues/Wed 9:00 – 11:30 (must be 3 by August 31st) $70/mo.
Busy Bees ~ Mon/Tues/Wed 9:00 – 11:30 (must be 3 by August 31st) $100/mo.
Leap Frogs ~ Mon/Tues/Wed 9:00 – 12:00 (must be 4 by August 31st) $105/mo.
Leap Frogs ~ Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs 9:00 – 12:00 (must be 4 by August 31st) $125/mo
Spring is just around the corner! Get ready…
- Look for signs of new life.
- Plant some seeds and watch them grow.
- Watch and listen for the return of the birds….can you find their nests?
- Take turns hiding and finding coins….compare and sort them.
- Play penny toss and graph how many heads and tails you get.
- Watch out for the Leprechaun…sometimes he make the milk green!
- Make some green shaker pudding.
- Draw or paint a rainbow.
- Watch the weather change.
- Make a cloud of cool whip and dip fruit into it…yum.
